Support and privacy
Contact the DYLIP service team at support@whoop.me.
Include a short description of the issue and the relevant DYLIP page URL. For an account issue, use the email associated with your sign-in where possible. Never send passwords, login codes, session cookies or upload credentials.
For deletion, access, correction or export of personal information, follow the data deletion and privacy request instructions. Requests require ownership verification.
Audio rights and safety
For suspected copyright infringement, use the Copyright & Takedown process. You can also report an audio item. Include its URL and enough information for us to investigate without including unnecessary private information.
