Request account or data deletion
Deletion requests are handled by the DYLIP service team after ownership verification. This page explains the process; opening it does not delete anything.
- Email support@whoop.me with the subject DYLIP account deletion request. Where possible, use the email associated with your DYLIP sign-in.
- State whether you want your whole account deleted or only specific information. Include your public uploader name or uploader-page URL if available. If you want published audio removed, include the audio URLs and say so explicitly.
- We verify that the request belongs to the account owner. We may ask you to confirm through your existing signed-in account. Never send passwords, authentication codes, session cookies, API keys or identity documents in your initial request.
- After verification, we review the request, identify any retention obligations and confirm the action or explain limitations. We respond within the period required by applicable law; completion may depend on verification and the scope of the request.
What the request covers
An account-deletion request covers your account profile, linked sign-in identity, active sessions and account-owned private playlists. Published audio requires explicit removal review, including any rights dispute. Security, moderation or legal records may be retained where necessary; we will explain applicable exceptions.
Backups are not immediately rewritten, and copies downloaded by other people are outside our control. We do not offer a one-click automatic deletion feature or claim that every record disappears immediately.
Remove data stored in your browser
Remove saved items on Favorites, or clear DYLIP's cookies and site storage in your browser to remove local favorites and preferences. Repeat this on each browser/device you use. Clearing local storage does not delete your server-side account or uploads.
Disconnect Google sign-in
You can remove DYLIP's connection from the third-party connections section of your Google account. Disconnecting a provider does not itself delete your DYLIP account or uploads, and an existing DYLIP session may remain valid until revoked or expired. Sign out and contact us if you also want account deletion.
For an access, correction or export request, use the same contact address and describe the information you need. Ownership verification also applies.
